SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic and International Shipping Policy

All orders from products that are in stock are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on designated national holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days and/or up to a week. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to inclement weather. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Customers will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your

tracking number(s). Tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

​​DAMAGES DURING SHIPMENT

PRIMAL FLOW™ and THORFIT™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received an order that was damaged during shipment, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REFUND POLICY

Because all of our wood products are custom made to order by hand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final. All other products have a limited 10 calendar day return window from date of delivery if found to be defective. Clothing can be exchanged for a different size within the 10 day window. All clothing items must not be worn/washed. Customer assumes all shipping fees for returns/exchanges.
